What we do

Most enterprises can build an impressive AI-agent demo; far fewer get it safely into production. SPHR exists to close that gap. Every engagement starts from a measurable business outcome, proves the system on real inputs with a continuous evaluation set, designs for the constraints of production from day one, and ends with the knowledge transfer that leaves your team in control — the approach we describe in building enterprise AI that actually ships. We are deliberately model-agnostic and multi-cloud: the agent engine should be swappable; the controls around it — identity, policy, audit, and cost — should not.
